**Job Location: Portavadie, Argyll (3 miles from Tighnabruaich). Affordable staff accommodation available.**

This amazing Graduate position will be allocated to the operational departments.

Each 2/3 month period will include a specific project brief as agreed with their line manager.

You will be required after training to provide leadership roles in complex departments.

You will be tasked with reviewing the current departmental operating procedures and asked to identify areas of improvement both in terms of revenue/ profit as well as relevant crew development and retention.

You will join the department and learn the operation from the basics on the front line with coaching by your Department Manager and support to help you assume supervisory and management duties as required and responsibilities towards the end of each learning journey.

As well as the monthly feedback and support provided by the departmental manager, Graduate Managers will be assigned 1-1 time with the Operations Manager, who will provide mentoring during your development.
