More detail about the role Royal Devon Hospitals Charity (RDHC) is on the lookout for a super-star administrator to look after our fundraising database to support the day-to-day running of the charity. Based in the fundraising office at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, youll be the first point of contact for our awesome fundraisers, helping to get them started on their fundraising journey and processing and acknowledging their donations. This is a superb opportunity to play a key role within the charity by ensuring our financial, charitable and administrative records are accurately maintained.

Primary duties will entail precise and regular updates of supporter information onto our fundraising CRM database. You will possess excellent administration skills. You will also help to co-ordinate the charitys super team of volunteers, as well as providing additional administrative support to the fundraising team. And while keeping the administrative side of the charity running like clockwork will be a top priority, the role may require occasional evening and weekend work to provide additional support at fundraising events.
