I am a busy consultant solicitor based in Ramsbottom. I train lawyers, write books and still practise the law. I need assistance to manage my busy working life.
- Perform data entry, manage files, and organize documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for me
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - including first drafts of basic legal documents
- Archiving
- Invoicing
- Basic accountancy tasks

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Comfortable with lone working as I can be out and about with clients
- Legal experience or knowledge not essential but desirable
- Used to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment - ability to multi-task
