Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for valuations enquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Gather initial information required to discuss with the Head of Valuations the appropriate action required, including capturing the source of clients for reporting purposes.
- Organising valuation visits and co-ordinating with valuers’ diaries.
- Liaising with valuers to ensure efficient and accurate inputting of valuations.
- Track/manage the progress from beginning to end, ensuring deadlines are met and paperwork is proofread and of a high standard.
- Ensure timely issue and payment of both client and external consultant invoices.
- Support colleagues with the management/delivery of specialist/large valuations as necessary.
- Providing support to auction administration team where needed e.g. answering telephones, reception cover, online/telephone bidding on auction days.
