**Role Overview**
- Office based role operating within areas defined by the Company either for one or multiple clients
- The provision of Office Project Coordination, predominantly at hospitality or healthcare sites within the UK & Europe
- Support to successfully deliver installation projects
- Secondary point of contact for the business and clients throughout the lifetime of the project

**Main Purpose**
- General support and administration within the projects team
- Day to day administration and collation of data
- Input of sales orders for each project onto bespoke system
- Raising purchase order requests for stock requirements
- Minute taking to communicate project updates during weekly meetings
- Maintaining document libraries for all programme documentation
- Coordinating customer requests and requirements during installation phase
- Liaising with onsite engineers
- Completion of all project paperwork to enable invoicing process
- Covering department workload during absences
- Telephone support for the company’s inbound calls

**Skills/Knowledge/Experience Requirements**

Skills and Attitudes to effectively carry out this role include:

- Outgoing, socially confident with drive and enthusiasm
- Comfortable working by themselves or as part of a team
- Creative and able to use own initiative with the ability to collate, analyse and present data
- Organised and conscientious with the ability to help organise others where required
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office skills on Outlook, Excel and Word
- Presentation and communication skills

**Must have and continue to have at all times**:

- have a valid right to work in the UK
- hold a valid UK driving licence

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
