BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE
Assist the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager to drive execution of the local brand retail strategies, steering and monitoring implementation to ensure Coty wins at shelf and online
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the translation of the brand vision to local customers - specific tailored 4P strategy & tactics:
Translate insights into convincing trade / retail actions that can deliver positive outcomes Works collaboratively with the sales & brand teams to take necessary 4P corrective action for success Monitors competitor activity, trends & trade activity, with a view of finding new opportunities to win in the market Consolidates brand 4P performance, provides business building perspectives on competitive & customer analysis In conjunction with the brand team, ensures the correct level of 4P guidance & coordination is provided during bottom-up financial & go to market business planning Provides & represents Commercial Excellence input into defined steps in initiative sizing, including stand fill documents, in accurate & timely completion Assists with adaption of branded concept sells / trade channel business cases Conducts initiative launch performance 4P analysis. To identify under performance & shares what good looks like Provides regular analysis and reporting of category and customer performance data (sell-in, sell-out) via regular EPOS and supports the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager to conduct promotional analysis Joint ownership of customer trade spend budget with NAMs Works jointly with merchandising teams to execute projects

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
