Business Analyst

Contract: 12month FTC

Location: Merseyside - Hybrid (2-3 days a week on-site)

**Salary**: £90k-£100k + perks

Availability: Immediate requirement

An exciting market-leading tech-savvy organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help contribute to an exciting ERP implementation project on a 12-month FTC basis

With heavy investment secured in transitioning the business from manual processes to more automated ones moving forward, they’re offering talented individuals great opportunities to headline a company’s tech evolution.

**What will you be doing**:

- Mapping out each business requirement across every function
- Keeping on top of business documentation and updating existing and new business processes
- Helping define what metrics of success are within the business
- Collaborating on test script coordination
- Align solution modules with business requirements
- Develop a workaround using the standard system for any requirements gaps with both the core team and the vendor
- Headline data cleansing processes
- Contribute to vendor workshops
- Document SOP’s for new ways of working
- Establish yourself as an authoritative figure in data migration
- Help develop documents for internal training

**Skills needed**:

- Relevant commercial experience in ERP implementation
- Skilled at creating functional and non-functional requirement documentation
- Confident in taking the lead in solution design workshops and negotiations on technical options
- Firm understanding of full project management and development life cycles
- Familiar with delivery-focus business analysis
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements from cross-functional business areas and third parties
- Comfortable overseeing the design, development, and implementation of large software solutions
- Skilled with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

A basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and Business process improvement would be advantageous but not required
