Customer Onboarding Executive

Were looking for the most client focused, proactive and friendly individuals (who enjoy working in a busy, customer facing and technology driven environment) to join our client - a growing team near Chester.
Due to growth in the department, they are looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to manage a portfolio of clients, welcome them as new clients and work closely to ensure they are getting the most out of the partnership.

**Location**: Hybrid working (3-4 days in the office initially)
**Salary**: £21k-28k DOE
**Benefits**: Excellent - including, 25 days holiday, pension, private medical, free parking
**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm (with flexibility)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Working closely with your clients (typically new clients who have signed up with the business) to ensure they have a smooth onboarding process
- Doing online demos to showcase the software and technology platforms they will be using
- Explore what the customer is hoping to gain from the partnership and lead interactive conversations, educate your clients and deliver excellent advice and guidance.
- Talk your clients through processes and be proactive rather than reactive to ensure they are getting a brilliant service
- Offer to show them other products/services that may be of interest to them
- Utilise the CRM system and update excel spreadsheets daily
- Handle client data in a protective and secure way
- Working closely with the rest of your team to support and meet team deadlines
What skills and experience will you need? Excellent communication skills - we want to see that you genuinely enjoy interacting with others and love providing a friendly and proactive service for your clients Solid computer skills - including excel and CRM systems Previous customer facing experience - e.g. retail roles, customer services, client success, account management, recruitment etc Must be driven, enjoy working in a busy and varied role Confident in talking to your customer about other services/products that may be of interest - having a good understanding of how to upsell and cross-sell without being pushy Why you'll want this role?
