We are looking for a skilled and motivated Corporate Title: Officer - Risk Onboarding Expert to join our team in Chester. As a key member of our Implementation Advisors, you will be responsible for providing a smooth onboarding experience for Commercial Banking clients, building trust and effective working relationships whilst meeting the requirements of our Compliance and Operations business partners.

The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, taking ownership of end-to-end resolution of projects and delivering results-driven solutions. With strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you will work closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

As a Corporate Title: Officer - Risk Onboarding Expert, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in risk management, compliance, and operations. You will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, where you can grow and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end resolution of projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Commercial Banking clients
  • Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams to meet project requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
