**Hours and Shifts**

We can offer you between 14 - 30 hours per week, Mon - Fri (4:00pm - 8:00pm) and Sat and Sun (10am-4pm or 1pm-7pm)

**Responsibilities**
- As a Part time **Claims Handler**, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
- Assist with administrative tasks involved in processing claims.
- Review claims documentation to identify and gather necessary additional information.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for both customers and clients.
- Demonstrate articulate communication skills to handle complex claims effectively.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.

**Skills and Experience Requirements**
- Experience of working within a call centre environment.
- Experience of working towards deadlines and performance objectives.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and organisation skills.
- Able to work effectively within a team.
- Strong Communication skills.
- IT Literate.
