We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Attendant to join our team at a hotel in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, whilst working within a friendly environment.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering a top-quality and client-focused service.

**The Role**:
Contract - Permanent
Hours - 16 hours per week
Salary - Up to £11.44 per hour
Location - Sedgemoor Way, Daventry, NN11 0SG
Reports to - Club Manager
Schedule - Weekdays and Weekends. **Applicant must be available to work weekends.**
Ideal Start Date - As soon as possible

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all public areas, spa, gym and swimming pool are clean & presentable
- Carry out daily testing of the facilities
- Manage leisure centre bookings for members and guests
- Comply with all club standard operating procedures and emergency action plans
- Book in treatments and ensuring that all clients are well looked after before and after treatments
- Ensure safe and timely opening and closing of the facilities each day
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all users
- Working cohesively as part of a great team to deliver the best service and standards
- Maximising opportunities to upsell our variety of services and products
- To ensure all health and safety procedures and policies are adhered to
- To complete pool tests and basic pool plant duties _(training given)_
- To maintain the safety and well being of customers using the facilities
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the fitness facilities
- Ensuring maintenance checks are done and records kept up to date in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations
- Handle sales enquires and show people around the facilities
- Complete all motivational calls, feedback notes and comeback postcards daily
- To complete inductions, fitness assessments and programme prescriptions in a professional manner _(Where qualified)_
- To assist, supervise and motivate all fitness facility customers
- Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry
- Perform any other duties as directed by Management.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Level 2 fitness instructor (Desirable - not essential)
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Passion for fitness and leisure

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
