- Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations
- Computerise data entry processes and maintain accurate records
- Manage office correspondence and communications effectively

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Sage (training given) for financial management
