**Cover Supervisor - Redditch Secondary Schools**

Academics are recruiting cover supervisors for flexible daily supply and long term roles.
- Do you have previous experience in a cover supervising role or background of working with children? Would you like to develop this by working in a variety of schools in Redditch and across Worcestershire?
- Are you a graduate interested in a rewarding career in teaching? Considering your teacher training and would like to gain practical experience beforehand?

**Cover Supervisor - Redditch Secondary Schools. The Role no two days are ever the same**
- Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
- Ensuring students remain on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
- Building positive relationship with pupils across all year groups
- Assist with other duties (eg: registrations, break/lunchtime duties)

**Cover Supervisor - Redditch Secondary Schools. Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic, good sense of humour, confident, patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable with good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Resilient, reliable and versatile
- Hold either a degree or previous experience of working with children (eg: TA, LSA, mentor, sports coaching, youth work)
