As an award-winning stone fabricator and supplier in Warwickshire, who design, manufacture, fabricate and install their high-performance products we are looking reliable and experienced people to join our team.

We are looking to recruit a full time, hardworking administrator to join our sales/showroom team.

**Main duties to include**:

- Logging incoming enquires, answering and filtering incoming calls
- Packaging and dispatching samples to customers
- Welcoming customer to our showroom
- Provide support to members of our sales team with administration tasks
- Filing, photocopying and scanning where required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Computer literacy is imperative and customer facing / communication skills essential.
- A polite, articulate and confident telephone manner
- Be able to organise yourself and others workload.
- IT skills including Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) with the ability and enthusiasm to learn new programmes and skills (training will be provided)
- Be proactive in your approach.
- An excellent communicator.
- A high level of diplomacy and customer focused.

Package: £21,700k - £24k (Dependant on experience), 21 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme.

**Salary**: £21,700.00-£24,000.00 per year
