One of the great goals for anyone working in Education is improving children’s outcomes. Nothing sums this up more than the exciting day each August when students have put their all into their studies and wanted to show their very best during their examinations. Collecting those results in August is a collective effort involving everyone in the academy, the students and their families and friends.

Becoming part of the Humberston family while also having the wealth of support from the central IT & Data Team, we want someone to join us who will be vocal, challenge our thinking and ensure the exams processes and procedures are well run and managed.
You will want to be able to notice everything our students do well and celebrate them, acknowledging with them their achievements using warm language to make them feel excellent and to make them feel seen. We are looking for someone who is passionate and has a clear professional drive to improve the outcomes and life chances of each and every student they work alongside. Someone who can stand proud on each and every results day knowing they have been a critical and fundamental part of hundreds of children’s futures.
