**About the role -**

To support the management of data within the MIS and Examinations department, ensuring that it is complete, accurate and of high quality. To take a lead on ensuring compliance with auditing requirements.

**Main duties -**
- Be a core part of the MIS and Examinations team, providing high quality services to both internal and external customers.
- Use systems such as PDSAT, FIS, and internal tools to monitor the quality of data maintained within the records system.
- Lead work to ensure the business complies with audit requirements.
- Work with staff and students to rectify and resolve issues found in both data and the processes and procedures surrounding the management of the data.
- Manipulate and analyze data using spreadsheets to support quality control of the data and fulfill ad-hoc requests for information.
- Contribute to safeguarding and PREVENT at all times to ensure the safety and security of and identifying all young people and vulnerable adults who are in contact with the business, with a commitment to safeguarding the welfare of these individuals and protectingthem from any potential harm.
