**Customer Services Administration Assistant - £14,300 (Part-time) + Benefits & Bonus - West Malling, Kent**

We are looking for a positive, motivated and energetic Customer Services Administration Assistant to support our Service Desk Team and our diverse customer base.
The role is part time. The hours are 09:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Customer Services Administration Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Handling all incoming customer queries and questions.
- Resolving the customer query or referring them to another member of the team.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating problematic issues they cannot solve to a senior member of the team.
- Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information.
- Providing quotations and checking product availability.
- Liaising with Finance Department ensuring accurate information for invoicing is provided.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Following company policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers.

- Previous experience in a phone-based role would be ideal and IT literacy is essential.
- Good telephone manner.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be reliable and work well within a team environment.
