**Role Purpose**

You will be a dedicated staff member working directly with Qatar Airways Operations.

**What you will be doing**
- Receive and process cargo reservations requests from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Determine the most efficient routes and schedules for cargo shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and keeping customers informed about their cargo
- Monitor and track cargo shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Billing and invoicing activities
