**Senior Talent Partner - Energy Sector**

**Salary**: Up to £60k basic, 10% annual bonus, and share options**Hybrid role**: 2 days a week on-site by London Bridge**About Us**:

- As a Senior Talent Partner, you will work closely with our Talent Director to build and run a high-quality Talent Acquisition (TA) function focusing on high-volume recruitment and building a world-class customer-centric team for our client.- You will lead a team of Talent Partners and oversee the recruitment process to uphold the highest levels of quality control whilst always looking for continuous improvements.- You will become the client’s expert within talent bringing in new initiatives, such as process improvements, employer branding projects, strategic partnerships, and more.What do we need from you?
- Current experience in a recruitment-focused role either internally or in an RPO format
- Experience recruiting sales, finance, and/or tech roles is ideal
- The ability to work across several different vacancies at the same time.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A very detail-orientated mindset, especially when it comes to data tracking and reporting
- Exposure to implementing new processes within a TA function
- Previous involvement in managing an account and managing the full spectrum of stakeholder relationships
- Proven experience in successfully managing a team with varying experience.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and people
