- £25,000 per annum

**Full Time 40 hrs a week**
- We are looking for a creative and energetic individual to join our team here at Richmond Villages Painswick as the Lead Activities coordinator.
- You will be filled with energy and enthusiasm and can motivate others around you with your infectious personality and humour.
- Alongside this you will be empathetic and warm allowing you to build long lasting professional relationships with colleagues, residents, their families, and members of the local community.
- At Richmond Village we provide more than retirement living. From arts and crafts to adventures in the community, the Activity Coordinator is the cog in the system that makes this Village, a wonderful place to live.

**Yo**
**ur day will involve**:

- Identifying suitable activities for our villagers and residents
- Coordinating the small activities team including overseeing all planned activities and events
- Organising outings and participating in fundraising events
- Producing a weekly programme and monthly newsletter, advertising and promoting the activities programme in a manner which encourages involvement from residents, relatives, and staff
- Keeping the website and relevant social media channels up to date to promote activities to the local community and residents families
- Budget and people management responsibilities

- A full, clean driving licence is essential, previous experience of coordinating a team and current involvement in community groups is highly desirable.
