**We are seeking a Purchasing Support Administrator to join our well established purchasing team at our global electronics trading company based in South Yorkshire.**

We are looking for a responsible Purchasing Support Administrator to assist our global support team by performing a variety of administrative tasks. These responsibilities include:

- Raising quotations
- Raising sales orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Inputting stock and raising stock codes
- Updating and managing accurate KPI reports for both the UK, Europe, USA and Mexico sales
- Supporting the purchasing team on annual leave cover

**Purchasing Support Administrator Skills and Qualifications**:

- Min. 1 year administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in SAP, Sage would be advantageous
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize work
- Eager to learn
- Able to use own initiative and work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive with offering support and ability to react quickly
- Familiar with the key elements of Purchase Orders together with their associated processes
- Educated to GCSE/A-Level or equivalent
