This has required the development and implementation of a framework for the Quality and Patient Safety Academy built on the principles of learning, improvement and assurance, underpinned by a strong patient safety culture.

Do you have excellent communication skills and experience in quality governance and patient safety, adept at identifying learning from patient safety incidents, clinical negligence claims, and other sources ?
