Working under one of our Service Improvement Leads, we are looking to appoint a AfC B6 Transformation Facilitator.

Quality Service Improvement & Redesign training will be provided, in return you should be intelligent, quick and focussed on adding real value to the organisation through the reporting and monitoring of several highly complex programmes and projects. Your attention to detail should be honed and coupled with a strong political awareness.

The team will be working across the hospital from the CEO and leading clinicians to operational staff on the front line of patient care. You will also be working with our partners. You will thrive on understanding the real issues, using empathy and analytics to arrive at, or prepare, reports.

Written and verbal communication must be exceptional. Briefings, risk and issue logs, highlight reports will be a staple of your working week - with varying degrees of involvement, dependent on your grade. You will be committed to ensuring they are meaningful and linked effectively to the governance process.

You will need to show a genuine patient focus and a desire to work in such a complex and challenging environment.

This role is at the heart of a team created to support Service Improvement and Programme Governance across the Trust.

You will provide an active role in leading and delivering the programmes and projects including tracking benefits and providing senior administrative support. Political awareness, excellent communication skills (including verbal and written) as well as a working knowledge of analysis at quantitative and qualitative levels are vital. Your key skill will be your abilities to co-ordinate a large number of priorities and act with pace, rigour, focus and grip.

One of a team, you will work to senior managers but will be line managed by one of the Transformation Leads.

**The role will involve**:

- Supporting Transformation colleagues with the day-to-day Project Management of multiple, concurrent projects (defining, planning, monitoring, controlling and delivering agreed outputs, focused on reporting and monitoring delivery).
- Ensuring that Programme/Project data is correct and relayed accurately - preparing reports and presentations as required and actioning key elements of relevant plans in line with your level of responsibility.
- Programme Administration activities (scheduling of meetings, production of agenda, minutes, action logs etc).
