This role is suited to those with experience within IFA Administration and working towards their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. This company offers hybrid working, a salary of up to £35,000 and after becoming an established administrator, there is a potential progression route to Paraplanning.
**The Company**
The company are a medium-sized firm of chartered financial advisors, based in Surrey. They offer a training and support scheme and assistance in potential future studies to all employees. These employees also have the opportunity to join the Employee Ownership Trust, so you will become a genuine partner in the business and can benefit from its success.
They also prioritise care of their clients, with remuneration to the firm through hourly fees rather than commissions, allowing them to give genuinely impartial advice to the clients.
**The Role**
Within the role, no two days are the same You’ll be supporting the advisory team from processing new business to liaising with both clients and providers, preparing for annual reviews and insuring ad-hoc requests, such as withdrawals, fund switches and top ups are completed.
