**Role Description**

The role involves serving as a key point of contact for customers of our Speakers Business from both new and existing clients, providing support and assurance to the business in processing data and wider administration tasks to help us achieve our vision.

**Here is some of what you’ll be doing**:

- Taking incoming enquiries from existing and potential clients
- Assisting in preparing proposals and creatives to help find the right solution for our clients
- Helping in the preparation of contracts
- General account management duties such as the follow up of daily tasks, dealing with logístical arrangement etc.
- Working closely with our clients to guarantee the smooth running of our events
- Ensuring sales records are updated and maintained promptly
- Communicating customer feedback internally
- Providing support to queries from internal and external stakeholders

**What you’ll need**:

- A very strong attention to detail with effective organization skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- The capacity to thrive in a constantly changing working environment where decisions happen quickly, and demands can come thick and fast
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload, multi-tasking is a necessity at Raise the Bar
