Role: Sales Progressor / Administrator

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales progressor to join our vibrant team in a busy hands on role based in the City Centre.

Our Sales Progressors are responsible for driving our sales pipeline from reservation to exchange of contracts, and completion ensuring that business plan sales targets are achieved/exceeded with a first class service.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To accurately record and report on all sales
- To progress our clients through the pipeline milestones from Reservation to Exchange of Contracts then Completion by being highly efficient and organised and with a keen eye for detail.
- Respond to all enquiries from purchasers providing a high level of service to both clients and solicitors via telephone and written communications
- Deal effectively with all administration and sales progression documentation
- Supporting all clients through their customer journey

**For the above post you will have/be**:

- The ability to work flexibly - some days will require you to work later to achieve the weekly targets
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to motivate client and solicitors to act quickly
- Understanding of the Sales Progression process and solicitor documents
- Ability to resolve challenges independently and to ask for help when things are delayed
- First class communication skills (written & oral)
- Knowledge of the development process would be advantageous
