Are you passionate about fostering compassionate leadership and driving quality improvement in healthcare? Look no further Our Care Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Service Director for a 6 month fixed term / secondment opportunity.

Led by a Clinical Director, Lead Nurse, People Participation Lead, and Service Director, our operating model emphasises local delivery with expert corporate support.

As the Service Director, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. You'll be responsible for strategically planning across Suffolk and providing operational oversight for community services. Your ability to build strong relationships internally and externally will be crucial, working closely with senior personnel, finance, contracts, commissioning, IT, human resources teams, and external partners including Service Users and Carers, ICB, Regulators, and other providers within the Norfolk and Suffolk system.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with significant leadership experience at A4C Band 8c and above. A qualification in a health and care discipline (e.g., registered nurse, psychologist, allied health professional, pharmacist, or social worker) is desirable.
