Despatch Administrator

**Brief Description**:
We are looking for a highly organised Despatch Administrator to join our team
Duties include:
Checking daily despatches on Microsoft AX
Checking to see what orders are packed before arranging transport
Creating invoices & packing lists ready to send to Broker for customsdocumentation.
Arranging for samples to be sent to customers
Arranging for returns / samples to be sent out for purchasing & Quality.
Keeping Export spreadsheet up to date
Keep Premium Freight spreadsheet up to date Filing all POD’s etc.
Assisting the Despatch Team Leader - despatching sales orders, preparingpaperwork for drivers to palletise goods for collection / palletise goods to load
vehicles.
Raising despatch paperwork, creating labels, arrange collection of UK goods with couriers, booking goods on customer portals, creating, & managing spreadsheets
Logging despatches
Checking & approving carrier invoices

Hours:
Full time 39 pw / 7.55am to 4.25pm Mon to Thurs / Fri 7.55amto 3.25pm
