**Our client is a leading global brand is the luxury lifestyle, travel industry. They have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Content Producer to join their inhouse creative marketing team based in London.**

**The Role**
This is an exciting and creative role that sits in our Marketing department. You will report to the Social Media Manager, and work closely with other teams within the department - from marketing and content to sales.

We need someone who has a natural aptitude for producing content, from film making, photography, video editing and animation. We are after someone equally comfortable evolving the long-term strategy and creating ad-hoc content. Someone confident workingindependently behind the camera but also working with within a team evolving content. Someone who can collaborate with team members of all seniority levels, and last but certainly not least, someone bursting with creative ideas.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Social Media Manager to translate the marketing and content strategy across social media through visual content
- Support the Social Media Manager to build and improve the social media strategy and content plan for which type of messages and content formats (video, graphics, animation, imagery, copy) are most effective on which of our channels - both digital and traditionalto maximise reach
- Planning, ideation and production of social content - stills and video
- Creating compelling content for social media that fits our brand across multiple channels following guidance from the team and the marketing calendar. This will involve: creating graphic content, using design tools from the Adobe Suite; creating video content,using Instagram Reels and Tik Tok; and setting up content shoots
- Sourcing content from stock, and finding innovative ways to source UGC
- Repurposing and editing existing content for social engagement
- Act as the gatekeeper for the social TOV, ensuring visual identity and copy is communicated consistently to capture an evolving audience
- Create content that maximises social growth to drives brand awareness and lead generation
- Understand evolving social media trends to maximise visibility, drive performance and engagement
- Bringing new ideas and innovations into the team, so we try new things and continue to lead in the market
- Travel as required to shoot compelling content for independent social campaigns or as part of a larger production

**Essentials**
- 1-2 years experience producing creative content
- You love social media and are on top of all the latest trends
- You turn creative ideas into action - you think outside the box when it comes to content creation and are able to turn ideas into reality
- You have an eye for scroll-stopping content and like to analyse why content caught your attention
- Filming and photography
- Basic animation experience
- Video editing
- Skill in Adobe Suite, such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience creating content for Instagram posts and stories
- Experience creating video content for Instagram Reels
- Great organisation and time management skills with a sensible approach to tight deadlines
- Interest in luxury travel content a bonus
- Experience creating content for social media for a brand that speaks to the target audience in the brand's tone of voice
- Experience reporting on social media performance and turning data into actionable insights
