**Job Description**:
**About The Role**
- Work collaboratively with Trading Teams and External Stakeholders to formulate solutions to issues in the business that will reduce shrink
- Co-ordinate shrink reduction projects, trials and activity within set guidelines and timeframes
- Conduct analysis of Loss Prevention MI and internal systems to identify patterns and emerging loss trends and create solutions that will reduce shrink
- Support with the preparation and delivery of detailed performance updates on trading categories and high shrink areas to senior leadership teams
- Establish and maintain credible working relationships, including joint planning, prioritisation, and communications
- Engage with the central Profit Improvement team to support with wider department activity

**About You**
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and present data to provide insight and actions
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Power BI)
- Experience in co-ordinating multiple projects, ensuring success measures are achieved such as costs and timelines
- Enjoy working cross functionally, getting things done through working collaboratively
- Demonstrate clarity of thinking - clear, logical & methodical approach to problem solving; both ahead and ‘in the moment', remaining calm and engaged to resolve at pace
- Must be a proactive self-starter with ability to manage own workload in a fast paced environment
- Good communicator with strong organisational, time management & prioritisation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of retail operating model, processes, and ways of working
- Ability to spot opportunities to make it simpler with innovative thinking
