**About The Role**:
**Job title**: Project Co-ordinator

**Reporting to**: Head of Projects

**Place of work**: Head office, Leeds LS15 8ZB

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

**Contracted hours**: 40 hours per week

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

To support our growth, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Our projects team is accountable for onboarding and implementing key changes with our growing client base from our head office in Leeds.

In addition to supporting client change, the team also manages internal business projects providing the opportunity to work with all business areas and functions in more detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and managing smaller project plans to both cost and schedule.
- Support project managers in in planning and coordinating activities on large national projects.
- Taking part in client meetings and updating plans in line with client requirements and expectations.
- Act as liaison between project teams and all internal departments.
- Identifying and mitigating issues and risks across project portfolio.
- Look for and implement opportunities to continuously improve mobilisation plans.
- Have experience of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple active projects.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Resonates strongly with our values and can demonstrate a growth mindset.
- Enjoys working in smaller teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in customer / client facing interactions.
