Office Based - occasional hybrid working by exceptional agreement only.

**Days**:Monday - Friday

**Hours**:08:30am - 4:30pm (40 hours)

A flexible approach to hours will be required as there may be occasion when it is necessary to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and engagement activities. This may include occasional evening, night and weekend working.

**Salary**:£75,000 - £80,000 per annum

**Overall purpose of job as Head Of Supply Chain**:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the Company’s overall supply chain operations to deliver optimum levels of customer service whilst continuously improving business performance and mitigating costs.

**Head Of Supply Chain Accountabilities**:

- Lead, motivate, engage and develop the supply chain team
- Development of robust, efficient and effective supply chain processes that minimise waste and costs
- key process areas will be demand and supply management
- Lead the development and implementation of the S&OP process to ensure the Business is well placed

to meet projected customer volume at the most optimum cost
- Work cross functionally with all relevant departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Management of key stakeholders - internally and externally (i.e. supply base)
- Develop integrated relationships with the supply chain at key customers and suppliers to optimise

performance and ensure service delivery
- Development and management of Supply Chain scorecard
- Optimise all tasks within the supply chain processes by efficient and effective use of IT and systems

capability developing a roadmap of development requirements
- Support the Supply Chain Director in delivering the supply chain strategic objectives
- Ensure all colleagues comply with all H&S initiatives, policies and procedures
