**Business Development Director, £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission £80,000 OTE. Remote working /Hybrid.**

This Business Development Director role is working for a well known creative agency who are a UK based success story, who have been successfully working with well known household brands and FTSE 100 companies for the last 2 decades.

This truly unique sales position offers an enviable blend of management and sales and the opportunity to put your own stamp on the sales department. This 'hands on' sales role requires a creative and entrepreneurial sales person to **design, shape and create** a new business department and process around your proven ideas.

You will be trusted and fully supported to put your ideas into action. This role boasts high levels of freedom and autonomy where you will essentially be provided with a 'blank slate' where you can create your own vision.

This role will be split into two parts. The first is designing, implementing, creating and streamlining the new business process for this client. The second, will be looking to win new business, targeting new clients and building a strong pipeline of clientsto convert.

Once completed, there is opportunity to then grow out a sales team underneath you, where you will continue to grow out the new sales function.

This firm are relaxed, not KPI focused and do not monitor KPI outputs in the sales team. They have a non-pressurised sales culture where you can focus on quality rather than quantity of output, and be consultative in your approach to sales.

Subject matter experts will be helping you with the sales process, so you can be fully supported when targeting new clients.

To apply, you must be a 'hunter' with a proven sales background and be proactive in your approach to business development and client relationship building. You will have a minimum of **3+ years** in a business development focused role.

The role boasts hybrid working, where you can work from home, with the opportunity to go into the office 1-2 times per month. This firm have a very high end trendy office that will impress any client you win.
