**Position: HR Consultant (Human Resources Consultant)**

**Job Type: Flexible, Part-Time 20-25 hours per week, Permanent**

**Salary: £28,000-£35,000 pro rata per annum dependent on qualifications and experience**

Greens Consultancy Services specialises in HR. We serve and protect our clients (and in turn their employees) with straightforward solutions which save time, money and keep business compliant with legal requirements. We offer a range of consultancy, advice and support in a variety of human resource areas from initial review of existing documents and procedures to assistance with employee meetings such as grievance and disciplinary hearings.

**Work in this role could include**:
1. Reviewing, assessing and updating contracts of employment, policies and procedures, Employee Handbooks and other HR related documents.

2. Undertaking HR audits and reviews at clients’ premises and/or video call both for new and existing clients in order to determine their current HR strengths, risks and liabilities.

3. Supporting the client on and off site to proactively manage their HR function.

4. Proactively marketing other services the company offers, including health and safety and training courses, to both new and existing clients.

5. Working with other employees to produce proposals and tender documents as required.

**About you**:
1. A minimum CIPD level 3 (or equivalent)

2. Experience in providing a range of HR generalist and employment law advice

3. Experience in HR Consultancy would be desirable

4. Ability to deal with difficult situations sensitively as well as practically

5. Ability to keep up to date with and research latest employment law and best practice

6. Analytical mind with the ability to problem solve

7. Ability to relate to, engage with, motivate and inspire business owners and leaders

8. High levels of attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate with clarity, both written and verbally

9. High levels of self-motivation, coupled with a willingness to learn as well as to take on extra responsibilities

10. Excellent negotiation skills

11. Excellent IT skills

12. A full driving licence and own vehicle (all work incurred expenses are reimbursed)

You will predominantly work from home with the occasional travel to our Leicestershire office for team meetings. You will also visit clients at their premises as required. In return you will receive a salary of £28,000-35,000 pro rata p.a. (dependent on qualifications and experience) and have opportunities to develop within your role.
