**Position: Human Resources Advisor / Consultant**

**Location: Working from home and visiting clients (mainly Leicestershire).**

**Job Type: Part-Time (12-24 hours per week, to be agreed), Permanent**

**Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 PA Pro-rata to hours, dependent on qualifications and experience.**

**The Role**

This is a new role to support an increasing number of clients’ HR needs which includes advice on HR law and best practice, documentation including contracts, handbooks and policies/procedures, and employee queries.

Based from home, you will visit clients as required.

**About You**

You will have:

- a CIPD (or equivalent) qualification
- some experience in providing HR advice.
- the ability to research latest employment law and best practice
- attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate with clarity
- an analytical mind with the ability to problem solve
- the ability to deal with difficult situations sensitively, confidentially and practically
- excellent IT skills
- a full UK driving licence and own vehicle (expenses are reimbursed)
