**What's the role about**
- Would you like to join our Front of House team, working in our restaurant and bars? You'll need to be flexible to work in different areas and really enjoy giving excellent customer service to all our guests.

A great restaurant or bar experience can make all the difference to enhancing our guests' stay and you’ll be the friendly face of our hotel. You’ll receive on-the-job training and every day will be different.

**What will you be doing as a Front of House Partner?**
- Providing fantastic guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment for the service of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as well as drinks in the bar area and a range of teas and coffees.
- Managing the service of food and drink, whilst delivering a first-rate guest experience.
- Maintain a flexible approach to work which will include work on evenings and weekends as part of a shift pattern.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Being flexible to work in different areas and adhere to health and safety requirements at all times.

**Desirable**: Level 2 Food Safety
