**Food and Beverage Assistant - Casual**

At** CIM BUSINESS CENTRE** we are looking for an **Food and Beverage Assistant** to join our Restaurant Team of Casuals. CIM Business Centre is based within a lovely 19th Century Manor House with 80 bedrooms, 24 conference rooms and our Restaurant which seats 140. We are also home for The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

**About the role**:
Role: Casual F & B Assistant

Hours: 0 hours contract

**Salary**: £11.43 per hour

**In a typical day, you might**:

- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, in both the restaurant and bar departments
- Ensure restaurant and bar areas are clean and well presented
- Assist in set up and preparation, and provide service duties for weddings and functions as required
- Have an “eye for detail” in your own work and encourage colleagues to do the same
- Ensure good communication between yourself, customers, and colleagues
- Support kitchen staff as and when required in accordance with health and safety regulations
- To support CIM | Moor Hall in exceeding the company KPI in relation to guest feedback
- Maintain excellent relationships with all customers and colleagues.
