At **CIM **we are looking for an **Employee Experience Advisor.** This is a great opportunity to work as part of a forward thinking, agile team who really do HR differently in an organisation that puts people first.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting employees and fostering a positive working culture.

Hybrid working is fully embedded in CIM's company culture. Our HR Team follow a model of both onsite and remote working, currently 2 days office based / 3 days remote per week._**

**In a typical day, you might**:

- Work with the rest of the People team to deliver an amazing employee experience
- Develop and maintain our employer branding tools such as Glassdoor and our CIM careers pages
- Creating and delivering internal events to drive engagement with our overall business strategy and ensure people always have a great day at work
- Develop and deliver employee communications to keep people informed and engaged
- Support managers to deliver a high-performance culture, giving them advice on policies, procedures and best practice
- Developing policies and processes that help managers to create and support high performing teams
- Train and develop managers and their teams
- Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding

**For this role, you’ll need**:

- You’ll be curious and enthusiastic about people and how they thrive in a great working environment
- You’ll have experience of working as a generalist in an HR environment and ideally with the minimum of a CIPD level 3 qualification.
- We’re big on tech and data so you’ll need to be confident in these areas or at least very enthusiastic about developing these skills
- We’re a busy team so you’ll be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly across the organisation with your great verbal and written language skills.
- You’ll be thorough with the ability to work confidently with discretion
- You’ll have a good knowledge and understand of employment legislation and how it relates to the modern work place
