**Resourcing Advisor - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract**

**Hybrid Working - Home/Bradford**

**£22,000-£25,000 per annum, pro rata, based on experience**

As a Resourcing Advisor at Anchor, your primary responsibility is to provide support in the delivery of a first class, professional recruitment service to Anchor stakeholders. You will provide advice and practical support to Hiring Managers of all levels of seniority to ensure all recruitment and selection activity remains in line with policy, procedure and relevant legal and legislative requirements.

You will assist the Resourcing Specialists with the delivery of recruitment campaigns to source, shortlist and select the best external/ internal talent.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide advice and support to Hiring Managers, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for resourcing matters, handling a high volume of open positions.
- Schedule all phone and onsite interviews for your business area (Care Key Management/Housing/Property & Assets/Support Services)
- Support Resourcing Specialist to update, complete and maintain recruitment statistics and reports.
- Maximize internal recruitment and the use of the Careers page, ensuring timely and relevant updates.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven and business-relevant reports.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Experience of dealing with and maintaining own case load.
- Experience in following processes and procedures.
- Preferably with experience of working recruitment or a related area.
- Previous use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
