The role:
Involves supporting the whole team in front of house support as well as undertaking a range of PA duties for the leadership team.

**Responsibilities**

These will include:

- Front of house service including reception duties
- Managing third party contractors
- Building control including facilities management
- Monitoring levels and ordering of all consumables
- Catering management
- Spend control for building management
- Co-ordination of internal and client meetings
- Manage staff communications
- Diary management
- Travel booking and facilitation
- Document management for board meetings
- Recording minutes of meetings
- Organising of staff events

**Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required**:

- Excellent ability to provide a first-class service to internal and external client management
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives or board level roles with the capacity to perform well under pressure
- Demonstrable skills in multi-system and complex demonstrable technology administration
- Sound decision making ability with a level of autonomy and task management
- Willing to combine PA skills with important front of house duties

**Hours: Working hours are 38 per week Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm**

**Salary: £30,000 (possibly up to 33k for the right experience)**
