Currently looking for a Property Consultant (Sales) with 2-5 years’ experience of working in Estate Agency who is driven, creative and ambitious to succeed.

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

- Develop plans and strategies to grow and generate leads.
- You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
- You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
- Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
- Setting and reviewing performance standards
- Implementing agreed business plans
- Listing and selling properties
- Maintain a compliant business

Basic salary £25,000 plus competitive incentive package (Commissions, Bonus) to be agreed based on your experience and background.

Your must have
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience of working as a Sales Consultant / Sales Manager within an Estate Agency
- If you do not have experience of working in estate agency but have strong track record of generating leads, business development and marketing
- Have a Full driving license?
