**Job description**: A well established Sheffield based care provider are looking to recruit an Administrator on a part-time basis over 3 days. Hours are completely flexible and can be limited to mornings, afternoons or to fit around school hours.

**Duties**:

- Ensuring accurate electronic files are maintained on appropriate systems.
- Answering the phone, passing on calls and messages within the office.
- Provide assistance in arranging meetings and events and co-ordinating diaries.
- Sending out standard letters as and when required.
- Welcoming visitors to the office, ensuring that they have followed the appropriate processes for their visit and are directed to the right person/place.
- Monitoring and ordering stocks of PPE
- Ensuring that all data is processed in accordance with GDPR guidelines and that the strictest of confidentiality is maintained.
- To assist with arranging appointments for the team, including, but not limited to; Probationary Reviews, Appraisals, Supervisions, Spot Checks, training and absence related meetings.
- To provide assistance when offering out calls on People Planner
- To contact clients and/or their family with information relating to call times, cancellations and amendments as directed by the Senior Coordinator.
- To provide support to ensure clients paper care plans are delivered to the property and updated once changes have been made.
- Provide assistance to the Senior Coordinator as required.
- To undertake other duties that may reasonably be required for this role.

**Experience**:

- Work experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Basic computer skills are required, ideally familiar with MS Word and Outlook.
- Good communication skills, not afraid to ask questions and comfortable talking to others.
- Keen to undertake training and development to enhance skills.
- Positive attitude
