**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Scope**:Directly reporting to the Brand Manager**

Product Categories: Watches, Jewellery, High Jewellery, and Accessories

Department and job function: Merchandising & supply chain

Geographical area under responsibility: UK

POS & Boutiques: UK - 2 Internal Boutiques + 6 wholesalers + all Ecom channels

**Merchandising & Sales Administration**:

- Responsible for the coordination, management and follow-up of sales orders & all stock activity related to the retail and wholesale network (watches, fine jewellery and high Jewellery, PLV)
- Managing weekly stock allocations; ensuring adequate and balanced Boutique replenishment and timely fulfilment of all special orders (retail and wholesale)
- Monitoring stock levels and implementing replenishments to ensure that core assortment is always met across Boutiques and wholesalers
- Sourcing stock for events, photoshoots and other Marketing/PR purposes in collaboration with PR team. Timely coordination of orders and returns
- Maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues in HQ and international subsidiaries; facilitating cross-market cooperation and stock transfers
- Managing stock returns of watches, jewellery and high jewellery needed for international sales and events
- Coordinating all boxes needs from Boutiques, ensuring adequate replenishment
- Processing A&P and S&D gratuities and consignments for staff, PR and Marketing purposes
- Special Sale Management: To manage all Special Sales

**Operations & Customer Service**:

- Ensure business processes and guidelines are understood and well executed (Daily business, Product launches guideline, Booster system)
- Implement business transformation projects such as automatic replenishment of point of sales, e-Commerce, new warranty cards, phone sales etc.
- Pilot and communicate on the novelties launch plan and manage the local implementation & maximisation of all new launches
- Support local customer service centre and boutiques in handling clients’ enquiries and complaints
- Support retailers and RCS after-sales processes

**Supply Chain - Model Stock & Assortment Management**:

- Stock availability - acting as key contact for price, availability and product information across all categories and networks
- Work with retail and wholesale team to monitor overall inventory levels and sales to plan. Identify slow and best sellers in inventory and respond to maximize sales and minimize risks
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales and inventory analysis on a daily basis, in order to prevent missed sales and to pre-alert HQ team for prompt replenishment
- Merchandise for each channel / region / location based on model stock and trends to achieve optimal sales, profit and inventory performance
- Partner with HQ team on assortment strategy and ensure execution with stores and new POS. Propose and update stock assortments, in line with Group guidelines and overall stock strategy objectives
- Maintain and develop further good relationship with the buying & merchandising teams from brand’s wholesale business partners
- Coordinating all supplier returns for both networks across all product categories
- Provide ongoing feedback and information to team members on sales results, global shortage, and delivery issues from HQ and suppliers, and other specific information which could impact the performance of the business
- Pilot and communicate on the novelties launch plan and manage the local implementation & maximisation of all new launches
- In collaboration with PHQ and Boutiques managing the logistics of HTI stock packs and HJ packs

**SAP Key User**:

- SAP Key User for UK market, providing SAP operational assistance to Boutique teams as well as Logistics, Sales and Marketing colleagues
- Regularly updating wholesale account information on B2B system in order to monitor sell-out performance and produce replenishment proposals
- Responsible for account creation and modification via new MDG Workflow
- Support Retailer’s POS in the full implementation and use of Booster

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
