**Sales Executive -£18,000 - £20,000 basic, plus commission, with an OTE of £45-50K - Chelmsford, Essex**

**The Role

We are looking for a passionate problem solver who enjoys helping customers and working in a challenging, fast-paced environment to join our team as a Sales Executive.

You will be trained to the highest level in-house and learn invaluable sales skills to unlock your full potential. You will also be expected to deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that all of our customers’ needs are understood.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

- Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer focused” attitude.
- Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending events and maintaining your own enquiry database.
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through training.
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

- Proven sales experience.
- Display good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Show attention to detail.
- Able to work and remain calm under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Self-starter, able to work to full capacity when not being supervised.
- Full driving license.
