**Part - Time Dental Receptionist - Charlton Road Dental, Keynsham**
Charlton Road Dental is an established family run private dental practice located in the centre of Keynsham and we are expanding once again and are looking to add to our growing dynamic team.
We offer high quality general and specialist, implant and cosmetic dentistry to patients of all ages. The practice also offers a full range of Facial Aesthetic services and receives external referrals for all aspects of dentistry
We are looking for an exceptional Customer service Representative who is passionate about providing amazing customer service to join our team.
The Role
- Greeting and welcoming patients, Providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments in an efficient and accurate manner
- Answering in coming calls
- Updating patient details and records
- Handling Payments and carrying out end of day cashing up
- Supporting practice Management and clinical team with smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services we offer
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- Managing incoming referrals and dealing with all related correspondence
- Liaising with dental laboratories, dentists and other third parties to ensure smooth running of the practice
- Printing day lists
- Keeping reception area clean and tidy
- Keeping waiting room clean and tidy
- Ordering reception and office stationery
- Franking/sending of mail
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous Administration or customer service experience
- Previous Dental experience desirable but not essential
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Someone who can create a positive, memorable experience that patients will recommend to their friends and family.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A pride and passion for what you do
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast pace environment
- Good personal appearance
- Adaptable and able to multitask between several different tasks and responsibilities at one time
- Self-motivated with ability to work individually and in a team
- Punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours to support the team

- Able to balance building relationships with customers with attention to detail
- Understanding customer service and the impact on customers and the business
- Efficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Excel an advantage)
- Experience in use of _Exact _software of excellence dental software is desirable but not essential.
Part-time Permanent
**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
