BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, is looking for a dedicated Governance Administrator to join our Registrar team. This full-time, permanent role offers flexibility to work from home or the office as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Registrar Department, Governance Manager, and Registrar.
- Support the Risk, Audit, and Finance Committee (RAFC) including arranging meetings, preparing documents, and recording minutes.
- Organize annual elections to Council and support Trustee Board and Nominations Committee.
- Coordinate the Annual General Meetings and ensure compliance with governance issues.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Educated to A Level standard with GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
- Recent experience in a similar governance role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of governance.
