**What you’ll bring**

At Tesco Bank, our Colleague Communications and Engagement team is responsible for creating exciting, engaging, and inspiring content for colleagues across the Bank to help support and bring to life our purpose of serving our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.

As our **Digital Creative Executive**, you’ll be responsible for developing digital communication such as videos and graphics to support our colleague communications strategy, bringing our messages and stories to life in interesting and creative ways for our people.

As part of Tesco Group, you’ll be working within the parameters of one of the most recognisable brands in the UK and you’ll have proven experience of working with brand guidelines to bring messages to life, ensuring consistency.

You will be able to:

- Confidently develop engaging digital creative content based on stakeholder briefs
- Work at pace and manage many different priorities at the same time, as well as having an exceptional eye for detail
- Set up print ready artwork
- Work within brand guidelines to bring our Tesco brand to life, ensuring consistency
- Share and discuss emerging creative tools and processes with the team
- Present ideas confidently to stakeholders across the business
- Demonstrate a creative mindset and find different ways to connect colleagues with the Bank’s story
- Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects and Photoshop

**The Role**

In this exciting role we’ll be looking for you to:

- Create digital communications such as videos and graphics to support our colleague communications strategy
- Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs, supporting them to execute their plans
- Develop content based on briefs from internal stakeholders, through understanding the outcome they wish to achieve and coming up with appropriate creative digital outputs to get there
- Generate creative ideas and inspire new ways of thinking in our team
- Source and help generate user-led video content
- Create graphics for use in digital media, communications channels and print.
- Create videos for use on websites, social media and screens
- Execute photography requests
- Support on the execution of communications across our channels, including newsletter and intranet content
