- This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within a Professional Services environment. The position is varied and involves supporting the team in their day-to-day roles working on some of the area’s most prestigious projects. The Project Management Team provides specialist strategic advice and support to property owners, occupiers, developers and investors from acquisition to project management. The Division combines the skills of Architects, Building Surveyors and Project Managers._

Job Purpose_**

**_
What you'll be doing:_**
- Undertake full administration for the team to include:_
- _ Coordinating internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms, refreshments and all other meeting logistics_
- _ Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes / action points at meetings where required_
- _ Management and maintenance of electronic project files ensuring documents are kept up to date and tracked_
- _ Proof reading, formatting and updating schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, marketing material, reports and correspondence_
- _ Assisting with proposals / bids often under tight deadlines using Adobe InDesign_
- _ Ensuring marketing and business development material such as CV’s and case studies are current and up to date_
- _ Maintaining contact database_
- _ Helping arrange team social events_
- _ Supporting with administration of monthly invoicing when required_
- _ Audio / copy typing of documents_
- _ Printing, scanning, photocopying, binding when required_
- _ Support with ad-hoc project related tasks when required_
- _ Carry out such additional duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time_
- _ Ensure corporate standards and best practice is adhered to at all times_
- _ Comply with Bidwells policies and procedures_

About you:_**
- _ Experience in a similar role, ideally in a project management team or professional services or Construction environment_
- _ Competent user of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint_
- _ Good interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build relationships quickly at all levels_
- _ Excellent time management skills and attention to detail_
- _ Good team player but also able to use own initiative to work independently_
- _ Work well under pressure, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines_
- _ Strong organisation skills; manage conflicting demands and requirements of various members of the team_
- _ Ability to work in a team environment_
- _ Able to work proactively as well as reactively_
- _ Excellent typing skills_
- _ Knowledge of NetSuite would be an advantage_
- _ Experience of Adobe InDesign would be desirable_
