- Provide our residents with an excellent service, working efficiently with colleagues across the business, raising customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for all aspects of tenancy management, from viewings to tenancy sign ups, end of tenancy, monitoring of rents and managing Anti-Social Behaviour.

- Provide support and assist people to maintain their tenancy and to live independently in their own home.
- Be organised, methodical and able to work in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional conduct, especially when challenged or working under pressure.
- Play a key role in our communities, developing excellent relationships with our partners, ensuring that together we deliver services that meet the needs of our customers.
- Be skilled at negotiating and influencing others to bring about change and improvements in the services we provide.
- Enjoy a fast-paced role, where no two days are the same.
We are actively looking for an individual with the right qualities not necessarily gained in a Housing background. Full training will be provided.
We make a difference in people’s lives every day. As an organization that’s owned by the local community, we feel proud of our achievements since 2008 whilst recognizing that there’s much more that we can do to improve the lives of people living across Torfaen and beyond. If you join us you will continue to prove the value of us and the work we do not just to our customers, but also to the wider community.
We are committed to equality and diversity and we aim to create a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and able to be themselves.
