About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to support a client's transition into their own home and maintain their health after sustaining a spinal injury. As a key member of our team, you will engage with personalized routines, complete daily living activities, administer medication, and provide emotional support and companionship.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:- Engage with clients' personalized routines to promote independence and well-being
- Complete daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
- Administer medication and monitor clients' health conditions
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
